Is there any advantage to setting up individual Google Analytics accounts for each domain Vs. setting up all domains under 1 google analytics account?

  I'd be interested to know peoples thoughts on this too. At work we have about 40 regional websites for contractors spread across the country targeting thier specific area and I'm a bit cautious about adding an analytics account linked to them all.
