This works for me every single time.

Simon, I have couple of questions:

1. Do you use the "Google XML Sitemap For Video" plugin in addition to or in place of the "Google XML Sitemaps" plugin?

2. The installation notes for "Google XML Sitemap For Video" say, "Once you have created your Sitemap, you can submit it to Google using Webmaster Tools." Do you do this also?

1. I use the "Google XML SiteMap For Video" plugin in addition to the "Google XML Sitemaps" plugin.

2. No I don't submit it to Google using Webmaster Tools. I only ping Google using the link from within the plugin.

That's far too much work.

If (for whatever reason) you need your site indexed in minutes then the easiest method I know is to tweet your link.

Works every time.

What? Downloading a plugin and clicking two buttons?

Surely entering your login details into twitter, then hitting the login button, then copying and pasting your URL, then hitting the post button is too much work also?

A Technique I have been using to index sites nearly instantly is to just go into Webmaster Tools and manually "Fetch as google" and "add to index".

Seems to work for me every time, Does anyone else do this regularly?

When I'm testing a niche I start out by just creating a very basic site that takes me less than thirty minutes to set up.

So the answer to you question is in the beginning stages I just grab a video from YouTube and embed it into my site.

When I'm happy the niche is profitable I exchange the video for one I have created.

Then from that point forward all videos I add to the site will be created by me.

Every time I add a new post with a video to the site I use the technique again to get the new posts indexed quickly.

You Sir are a genius! I have a site that had pages that just weren't being indexed no matter how many sitemaps i submitted, backlinks I created, shares I made. And then I tried your technique on one page and BAM one minute later, there it is indexed. Now to do it with the rest of my unindexed pages.

I like your idea, and it works, I know.... but

It works only if you want to add just several pages a day.
In my case my website has 32.000.000 pages after 14 months and Google can't handle all requests that fast.

So what I do, is giving priority to pages in the XML sitemap. To be sure the right pages get indexed faster. But still with a high dynamic website it is not always that easy to let Google index all content fast.

Its a good idea. But i think now-a-days Google is indexing sites posts/pages very fast. Some days ago i have added a new page to my site and after 30 minutes when i searched for my page, i am able see it on Google.

This technique is great if you want to index your site really fast. However, there is a paid service called Indexification, which may help crawl and index your site fast as well (only if you don't want to go through manual process). I'm sure newbies and average Joes may find your indexing tips helpful. Way to go man!

If the keyword is important & (SPM) >100.000 your website will be indexed Fast! My tips:

1-SEO:
- Title (Main Keyword)
- Meta Links (Keywords, Description, Robots...)
- Clean Code (Friendly to Google)
- W3C Validation
- Internal Linking & external links

2- Steps:
- Add your website on Google Webmaster Tools & Google Tools.
- Create your XML site map and after generate it.
