Is it possible to achieve rank 10 with in two years?

I saw a website today, Its Page rank scored 10: but alexa is more that 100000.
this is the site: pampersbayi. com

It is just two year old website. Is it possible to achieve rank 10 with in two years? also that site is not having GA or Meta description.

    Since not even YouTube, which is 8 years 5 months 29 days old and owned by Google is a PR10, (it is a PR9) I would say that the answer is a resounding "no".

      Another one of those. I nearly bought a link from a pr9 claimed site and it is only 8 months old and alexa 2m+. LOL..

      I don't know how some people can really lie through their teeth to get their hands on $

    It is certainly possible, but EXTREMELY unlikely that a website would acquire a PR10 page within 10 months.

    Check its backlink profile. If it doesn't have the backlinks (we are talking millions of links here) to justify that PR, then it is fake.

    You should also keep in mind that there are only about twelve PR10s on the internet.
