Hi, I'm just curious to know whether one should target "information seeking" search terms within their niche. Let's say you sell DIY products, of course you would target keywords such as "DIY equipment" "Power tools" "Hand tools" etc. but should you go after search terms should as: "How to repair something"
Conversion rate for "information seeking" search terms i.e. How to build a something?

If your website is an ecommerce site, affiliate site, etc. where you are hoping to make sales, affiliate sales, should you just stick to purchase related searches (Hand tools) or have a blog and target information seeking searches (how to repair..)
Are the conversation rates good or bad for these type of search terms?
Would like some opinions, thanks.
