Google Analytics for New Website

Hello Guys,

I have old website which are running live. Also done Google Analytic account for my website & paste the analytic code into each page of website . Now I am planning to develop new website with same URL (301 Redirecting), as i am converting old URL to new URL. So should i create new google analytic account for new website ? OR should i paste the same analytic code into each page of new website???

Pls suggest me.
