    By campaign I guess you mean PPC campaign, in that case you need exactly whatever it cost to buy your target keyword.

    Offer them something that will solve a problem they are having. Sell it for what you think they will pay for it.

    Always try to put yourself in their shoes and see what they will need.

    You shouldn't put "how to monetize" first but "how to give the most value" first. If they trust you that you always recommend high quality valuable products, it won't be like selling but you're earning money by helping people. I agree with Michael Levanduski. People would happily spend their money buying your products, which are their solutions, while thanking you for offering them.
