Product name model + review/s

Ok let's say product name and model gets 400 exact match searches a month. Now in Google auto complete and/related keywords at the bottom there is product name/model reviews. I go to keyword tool and there isn't exact match search volume.

If one is optimized for product name/model reviews how does one get searches and/or organic traffic since there isn't any exact match search data?

You will still get traffic for Product name + review. You'll also get traffic from longtails, such as Product name specs, instructions, warranty, best price etc.

  To get more clarity. If my title is; medium widget lc 2357 review, will I also get traffic for medium widget lc 2357(without review). Because medium widget lc 2357 review doesn't have any search data but google shows it as a related keyword.

  Would this work? When searching for a product to review in Amazon, see what Amazon uses in their title and/or description of the product.
  
  As an example from;
  Amazon.com: SKIL 3320-02 120-Volt 10-Inch Drill Press: Power & Hand Tools
  Instead of: SKIL 3320-02 review
  
  Use: SKIL 3320-02 120-Volt 10-Inch Drill Press review
