i am about to buy a very old domain name from godaddy auctions and i have the following quetions in my mind:
1- if the domain name owner who is using hisname(at)thedomainname(dot)com to comment on other blogs has been marked by akismet wordpress plugin as a spammer and akismet no longer allows him to comment on other blogs using akismet, so does this mean that i will not be able to comment as well when i buy the domain name even if i changed the email to myname(at)thedomainname(dot)com instead of hisname(at)thedomainname(dot)com ?? and is there a way to know if the domain name is marked by akismet as a spam?

2- if the domain name has been punished by any of google updates, can i discover this or not?
