removing a site from google's index?

Hi...
I have a nice website and while I built it I hired a developer to create a plugin for me.
The guy installed an offline version of my site on his test environment, developed the plugin, got payed, and our ways parted.

Now, suddenly I see that his test environment comes up on google search results!
For every search I make on google that my site appears on the first page, there's also his test environment version of the same page .
The domain that appears in google search results is an ip (of the test environment server I guess), and not a domain.
The test environment version is also old and outdated...I switched my theme since then...

Anyway - the developer has totally disappeared on me and I can't get in touch with him.

Is there something I can do about it?

Thanks!! :-)

Hi..if you can provide your domain here then I can do some more analysis to find the exact reasons why you IP is showing in SERP.

      Thanks for you reply!
      The ip is not mine.
It's of the test environment the developer was working on...
I guess it comes up in SERP because he was careless and forgot to block it in the first place so the question is not why it's showing in SERP, but rather - how can I block it if I can't get in touch with the developer?
Is there any way I can let google know exactly what happened and ask THEM to block it?

Are you sure that your results are not just cached? Try using a different browser.

Also, what are you searching when the test environment comes up? (ie. your company name, your domain)?
