Does Duplicate Content Penalties apply to Syndicated content?

If not, what are some good Syndication websites?
I current use Technorati and Feedburner.

Weirdly though, Feedburner does not seem to give a backlink even though the pages have do-follow links back to my website, any ideas?

Duplicate penalties don't apply to 99.9999999999999% of the
duplicate content that's on the web.

Only to the .00000000000000000000001% of webmasters who
have the same thing on dozens of pages, hoping for a random
    doorway...

I'm planning on getting some really good content written, I just want to make sure that it's not penalised immediately by being on my website, my feedburner and my technorati!

So you're saying it won't be then Paul?

The Feedburner feed isn't a regular web page, it's basically an xml file (feed) inside of a web page.

In other words all that xml content is plain text (no hyperlinks).

View the Google Cache (text version) of your Feedburner feed & you'll see exactly what I'm talking about, it's all plain text (no hyperlinks). Even If you see hyperlinks on the live Feedburner feed, it's still not a regular hyperlink, it's plain text inside an xml file, which is wrapped in HTML. Sort of like an iframe as far as SEO goes.

Don't worry about Feedburner, it's simply a feed, no big deal.
