301 Redirection of New Website Structure - NEED ASSISTANCE ASAP

I have changed complete my website and that's why url structure also updated. On that time I have redirect approx 100 old site urls to new site urls for taking benefit of page rank....Now our new urls has been getting good page rank...

So can I remove redirection from old urls to new urls and removed old website urls from search engine indexing...

Too much 301 redirection is harmful or not?

Please suggest me on this asap.

    How you did the redirection? Modifying .htacess or though some plugins? The solution is simple anyway. Just undo whatever you have done before and upload one blank index.html to the old site. Or even block the SE Robot in second site through Robots.txt

    Depends. If you have spammed your old site, the penalty might get transferred to new site. Else, there should not be any issue.

    If those pages currently being redirected have any external links pointing at them, you'll need to leave the redirects intact for all of eternity, unless you also own all the external links/domains, in that case change the external links to point to the new URL/s.

    Apparently 301 redirects are OK with search engines, I would hang onto the old name until the traffic dies out. I would assume the traffic is more a product of old backlinks than search ranking of the old site, you must have examined that.
