Hello Fellow Warriors. I'm kinda new around here, so its my 2nd week or so dabbling with marketing and right now I'm trying a Clickbank campaign with 7search and I just wanted to know if these results are enough to know whether this offer will work or not? Or do I need more data? I don't have any conversions yet or any order form impressions even... Also, Im promoting a IM type offer. Suggestions please! Not exactly sure what to think about this. Thanks!

No that's not enough. what's really makes the difference is the relevancy of your squeeze page and the way you present the product. In other words, you need to build a relevant and converting sales funnel and get the right audience to it.
    hope that helps...

So actually, i'm direct linking my ads because 7search allows it. How many clicks do you think I need before I gather an estimate of where I am?

What, through ClickBank? Why do you imagine your prospective customers will buy the product through your hoplink rather than through their own, if they're people interested in "IM-type offers"? ClickBank allows that. I make my living mostly through ClickBank, and have done for years, but I wouldn't dream of promoting IM-related products there, because I know that if I do, I so often won't be paid an affiliate commssion, even when my traffic does buy them.

This might help: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post2161932 (see especially point #1 on the list)

You don't need any more. We already know where you are. You're trying to make money by promoting ClickBank products through PPC advertising without building a list: that's where you are, I'm afraid. I strongly suggest that you "start from somewhere else".

This thread will help you: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7110523

There are a few hundred threads in this forum with titles similar to "What's The One Thing You'd Do Differently If You Were Starting Again Tomorrow?". Take a look through a small sample of them, and you'll find that one of the things they all have in common is that they're full of replies from long-established, successful Warriors almost all of whom give the same answer: the thing they'd do differently, with what they know now but didn't know when they started, is "start to build a list on day 1". There are reasons for that, and they're very good and very valid reasons.

There are a few (a very, very few!!) people here who even claim to have "well-converting ClickBank affiliate sites without list-building" , but when you look carefully at the other, unrelated stuff that those same people are saying, in other threads, it doesn't actually stand up to examination for a moment. Draw your own conclusions.

Is it a good idea to spend some time on building a mailing list ?

OP not having a list has nothing to do with not making sales on the PPC campaign. I don't have a list for a CB product that I started promoting on my own sales page & I've been doing pretty decent (SERP traffic).

Sure a list will help make sales, but it's only a single source of traffic.

OP, 42 clicks on 8,893 impressions means your ads need to be tweaked, that's only a 0.47% CTR.

Zero clicks for the CB order form means the CB vendors squeeze page sucks, or the CB vendor is skimming your affiliate traffic by building an email list on the CB squeeze page (look for an email optin form on the CB vendor squeeze page).

Wow, thank you guys so much for the help. Totally valid point. Definitely will try building a list. I have no experience with that, but I definitely will try reading those articles and learning more And I also will try to pick a better vendor and tweak my ads!
