Keeping track of thousands of Amazon products

I'm curious to know how would you keep track of thousands of products if you built a massive site using all amazon items.

So imagine a site with all unique content, reviews and product descriptions based on Amazon products. How would you keep track of all of them, I mean some may get discontinued or have a price drop.


This idea has been in my head for lil while and it be nice if somebody had a answer for me

    The thing is, most people, reviewers, don't care of tracking, they just care of sales and money, they keep working on writing reviews and giving them higher ranking..

    If you use default ad format given by Amazon, it would keep updated if price is changed, if the product is not available there would be any alternative or Amazon advertisement banner...

      This won't work because Amazon doesn't return a 404 when a product sells out - they leave the page there with advertisements for other products or other retailers selling the same product (where you don't get an affiliate fee).

        After a little research I found out the same thing. I also found this page https://affiliate-program.amazon.com...=ATVPDKIKX0DER which may or may not do the trick, not sure until I try it.

        i already use it and this plugin find broken link (404 page) of product which discontinued .
