CTR % too high i am concerned

hi..

a while ago i was talking about an idea here that i've decided to go trough with and it is working really well, a bit too well. I am worried that adsense might screw me on this one.

Here's the story, tell me what you think...

1. I made a real estate website with fake rental houses on it
2. On the homepage i got no adsense ads, i only got adsense on the page with the 'rental houses'
2. i dont even use an adsense theme, i am using the twenthy-thirteen theme integrated in WP 3.6
3. the site looks legit like a real estate agency with actual real houses
4. the site has privacy policy etc.. everything according to the adsense guidelines
5. CTR has been about 30% and rising
6. I am not tricking the traffic into clicking adsense anyhow, they simply do it because i have put most of the houses at status "RESERVED" so they are like "Fck i am too late, oh well..hey what is this here (looking at AD) > New Rental Houses at my area" and they simply go for it.

7. I only pull traffic (unpaid traffic) to my homepage(adsense free) and they go to the adsense page by themself via my menu.


Will G ban me for this?

    Google would love a CTR of 100%.

    That's the least of your worries.

    Well both yes and no..
    The people on my site are actual people looking for rental houses, so the adsense ads display rental house companies. So the traffic is indeed very targeted i am not giving them worthless clicks.

    The yes part is that my site isn't fully functional as what it stands for...but i am doing my very best to hide that from the public.

    but shall i be worried?

    To your question, I wouldn't worry about Google, I think you are fine from that perspective. To your conscience, well, if you can live with yourself by making a buck off tricking people with fake, non-existent stuff, well.....that's on you.

      Why not let ppl setup profiles and let them make the real ads, or let them send you mails with the info.?

      You could even end up making more money in the end.

      guidelines, which is a violation of adsense, again a google product.

      Now if you don't care about adsense, and have some widget paying you for
      leads, that's another thing. In fact, why not make the site legit?

        I wouldn't worry about Google from the standpoint that they will never know that the houses listed aren't legit. You think they are going to have someone audit the listings? Nope....

    Contact live real estate agents and offer them free ads. Have them submit photos and descriptions.

    Well lots of people going into nerdrage because of me lol...
    Let me clear something up, i am not scamming people for their money right? Neighter the ads sellers connected to adsense because i give them real + targeted visitors, who knows they might actually get leads/sells from my traffic. So stop the karma crap somewhere where the sun don't shine!!

    Anyways.. its all a very beta website in theory, in reality it looks legit and active. I could make it legit by contacting actual real estate websites and ask them to post their houses on my site with the deal that all "clients" will be forwarded to them, this way i don't have to lie. Thanks for that idea.

    You should really have to decrease it... 30% will be a reason for a ban... A friend of mine had 7% and his account was suspended because he has... SUSPICIOUS clicks...
