Google Site Suspension - Because Someone Scraped MY Salesletter!

So I have a site: thediabetesfactor.com.

I spent $5k on the sales letter and have been advertising with google for a number of months quite successfully.

The product I sell is an ebook about how to reverse diabetes and I sell it through clickbank. Apparently it is a common practice for affiliates to host part of the sales letter on their site and then link to the vendor's site with their link. This is what has happened with my sales letter.

So google in their infinite wisdom did a systematic check and found the content on my site is duplicated. They are saying that because the content isn't "unique or original" that I cannot advertise with them!

This is the policy here: https://support.google.com/adwordspo...r/190442?hl=en

So, because someone else has taken MY content and hosted it on their site, I am now banned from advertising on google!

I simply cannot believe that this is even an issue but apparently google doesn't believe in common sense.

Has this happened to anyone else? What can be done in this situation?
