Email marketing program with analytics?

Hi, looking for a email marketing service, which enables you to send custom, individualise emails to clients but also tells you if they have opended and read the email.

And better yet, can give you analytics like time spent on email, bounce rates,etc

Any recommendations?

Those are best autoresponders, and they are used for those things You mentioned.

You can see many data, and segment lists, but can't offer data on how long someone sticked to the mail (at least not that I know of)...
