Hidden post?

I did a site:www.domain.com search in google and I found some results of some link which I cannot find in my post.
E.g. site:test.com and the result shows test.com/2011/01. However I cannot find this post nor page test.com/2011/01 in my wordpress admin panel.
But I remember when I did the post on Jan 2011, I have not provided a perma-name to that post and it was defaulted /2011/01 but I have subsequently changed it to a more meaningful name.
Can anyone enlighten me to remove that webpage?
