google is not indexing my sites, am i doing something wrong?

hi everyone,
after doing social bookmarking, submitting sitemaps, submiting articles to directories, ezinearticles.com and Free Traffic System, adding them to signatures and doing several postings on this forum, my sites are yet to be indexed by google.

the sites are the three in my signatures.

you can have a look at any of them and let me know what is wrong with the sites. with all i have done, do you think i have done something wrong somewhere or is the problem with the sites? what else can i do to get the sites indexed immediately? its been more than 3 months now and i have checked, the site is not banned. the sites are not new, they are more than 8 months old.

waiting for your help please. this is making me frustrated!

  • I looked at the whois data for the back pain site, and it looks to me like it is very new

    Give it a few days. It looks like you have done what you need to do to get indexed.
  • My simple formula to get indexed within 2-3 days:

    I write a few short articles with links to my site and post them on the following sites:

    * ezinearticles.com
    *I create a simple blog on wordpress.com
    * setup a page on squidoo.com
    * and I create a page on hubpages.com

  • Yahoo has indexed your Anger Management site. So Google is not going to be far behind. A word to the wise....take down your PPC. A brand new site stuffed with PPC looks like SPAM to Google....thus Google will ignore you. Its best to start with nothing but content for a month or so...and get at least 1000 unique visits.

      thanks pal. I have done some of what you said and am yet to see result. this si why i called for help. I have bookmarked and submitted articles to ezinearticles but not all the ones that you mentioned. I will try some of your tips. thanks once again.

      thanks pal for commenting. just like i noted in my comments above, the site is not new. yahoo has indexed all the three sites but google has not. i don't agree that taking down PPC is the solution as few traffic from some sites that I submitted articles have resulted into some clicks for me. anyway, thanks for taking your time to help. i really appreciate everybody's contribution.

      i just hope that very soon, i will be able to post about the indexing of the sites. i will continue trying and waiting.
