Does RSS Syndication count as Duplicated Content?

In the title really, I was going to submit my RSS to some Syndication websites.
But wouldn't this create duplicate content?

  • Technically yes, but I have seen success adding an rss news section to one of my authority sites. I have over 100 original articles on the site, but adding the news section that pulls in rss feeds from a number of news sites has actually helped improve my traffic.

    • Do not think RSS submission does much period either way, unless you get people subscribing to your feeds.

      Anyway, the internet if full of duplicate content. Wouldnt worry about that.
  • I don't think you should be worrying about that one. It really helps us build more targeted traffic to our own websites or blogs. Always include RSS if you build websites and blogs.
