I´m getting more than 8% CTR in just one of my pages, with a very targeted campaign, will google be ok with this?
I´m doing it all correctly, just getting the right traffic... Has anyone had this experience? What happened?

Edit: The Webpage is basicaly a 2 page site with a 800 word article, 2 amazon links and 4 adsense add´s... Is it possible that google ban my account?

Yes there is, but you can add one link unit to those 3, I had 4 and 1 link unit, but been reading the adsense TOS and took one banner out, I now have one link unit and 2 square ads, and I´ve lowered the CTR to 5,8% with that.

    Two page site?

I hope one of those two pages is a Privacy Policy page.

Good luck If you ever get a manual review.

I´m sorry, I meant one article page, the site has more pages, About, Contact, Privacy Policy and article page (also on static homepage)

Do you think it´s safe like this? the website is this one: hxxp://www.necklacesformen.org

Nope, that's the type of MFA (Made For Adsense) site that Google/Adsense will ban.

My advice is remove Adsense from that entire site ASAP If you care about keeping the Adsense account.

Build out the site with legit content then go back & add the Adsense ads later.

Do you think I can use some other adsense alternative to take advantage of the targeted visitors?

That site would definitely not make it past a manual review. You should add more content or risk your Adsense account.

Adding more content to the main page or do you think I need more content pages? I don´t want to risk my account

add more content I recon. the little content you do have is painful to read because your obvious target phrase, (necklaces for men) is repeated about a thousand times.

i'm not really sure what this web page is trying to do apart from try and make the user click an ad?

is this website ranking well for that keyword phrase??

add more content NOW. A web page has to offer something to the visitor whether its good or bad. this page just states a bunch of obvious things. sorry but like other have said a google manual reviewer would see right through what your trying to do IMO

    Thanks for the replys fitnesschap

This and 5 other websites like this I bought in the websites for sale forum here, for the moment I´m not ranking the keyword, the seller is supposed to get page 1 rankings in 6 months (the websites are 2 months) or money back, so I just got unpatient and have managed to get a very sucessfull PPC campaign to the site, but I can happily add more content there I think, I really don´t know what to put there...
The website is supposed to give a very lousy "review" of the necklaces, and then the people can see them in amazon or click an add, how could I get this better for the user?
If I do it better for the user google should leave me alone, right?

At this moment I´m getting $3 for each 1$ spent in advertising, and I´m not counting on amazon fees that may occur, tomorrow I will know if someone bought anything.

yes, I think before the end month, when they do a review on earnings, they will chop you.
They know it comes from FB.
    Wish you GL .

It´s very specific targeted traffic, by niche, demographics, i can´t think why it could be a problem, is it?

I think it has to be organic traffic, not paid.
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[8494208].message }}
  • Profile picture of the author tiagofreitas
But as long as the traffic is quality and related to the niche why would they make waves? can´t payed traffic be used to drive visitors? as long as the traffic is quality traffic?
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[8494211].message }}

Facebook ads traffic is of course organic, people only click the ad on facebook if they want, and I pay facebook by CPC

Google ads may not be placed on pages receiving traffic from certain sources. For example, publishers may not participate in paid-to-click programs, send unwanted emails or display ads as the result of the action of any software application.

I think I better have the site reformulated then..
I can´t seam to get free traffic... Maybe I should use my ppc campaigns for CPA of CB

yes, you try CPA, some guys are doing good in the dating niche, But you will need to get a landing page and track your with prosper202.
    You can also try ClickBank

    Wait...
This is not Paid to Click... noone is getting payed to click, those are "exchanges" websites
    PTC is not PPC
Paid to click is when you go to severel websites and click to get paied, and that is illegal anywhere, this shouldn´t be
An ad is not Pay TO click.. It´s Pay PER click I get
I think I should get in contact with them to sort this out, the TOS is very complicated...
