Why i can't get into adsense?

I had applied for the Adsense account few days back.
It's get disapproved.

Issue:
Site does not comply with Google policies

This is my website: hxxp://www.cybapps.com

Do i need to modify my website like navigation system,content etc?
Also i checked the Google Policies,But i don't know whats wrong with my website against google policies?
Can you help me?

Before i applied,i had removed the all ads in the website.

    You didn't get accepted because you didn't read the AdSense policies, which is easily proven with the crappy popups.

    Good grief get rid of that infolinks spamfest, it looks like the page is being keyword stuffed with all those infolinks advertisements. Where the %$#@ is that audio advertisement coming from? That home page is irritating.

    It will take ages for AdSense to approve a site like yours...

    Hire a professional designer to re-do your site or forget about placing adsense on it..

    Probably your websites doesn't meet the Adsense policy or standards. Try to take your time to read their standards or policy, in order to find what is wrong with your website and fix it by yourself.

    adsense doesnt like infolinks even though infolinks will tell you differently.
    ...and yeah if you have annoying popups forget about adsense.

    focus on quality first instead of money and you'll get approved... my approval took a day.

    If you have got rejection email study it well and check whats the reason they have given for the rejection try to resolve it and apply again and you might get it

    For getting approved from Adsense, this is big challenge to get traffic from Google search engine, if you are getting it, you wold get approved soon.

    You did not got approved because you are using some other ad network in your website. As per google policy you cannot use adsense and other networks together. Remove that ads and apply again for adsense.

    I was facing same problem but then I got unique content for my site and apply after few months and I got approved from them without any problem

    It may be because of the less number of posts on your site, are you buying paid traffic for your site?
    If you are then google will never accept this.

    If you are having very good niche and old domain then now possible to get into the new adsense. So its so strict now regarding content. You should hire someone to write unique contents for your site then try to apply for the adsense
