What's your experience with Facebook, Bing and other PPC options

I'd like to learn from your experience

Besides SEO (a big part of my affiliate strategy) and solo ads, I didn't play much with FB, or Bing. So I need to learn this from the masters and real doers

Is anybody actively testing this stuff out here?

From mentioned I doing great with Facebook ads but CPM, not CPC. Another PPC I use is 7Search and if you set it up right can have good success in testing market and even make some extra bucks.
    Top for me is PPV.

Why do you think CPM worked better than CPC on Facebook? Was it that the cost was lower or that you were able to get your ad in front of more people?

Most of the users will recommend FB ads but for me it was crap and i lost lots of money. Bing is good, just give a try.

Why is it others claim to make good money with FB ads, and others lose money... Maybe you could share some things that you've did wrong, so we all learn from , or what was your experience with your campaign?

Same with me -- I've tried FB, but just lost time with it.

      Facebook
      • Great for creating brand awareness
      • Large audience and user base comparable to Google
      • Sophisticated demographic, geographic, and interest-targeting
      • Generally lower cost per click (CPC) than Google Adwords
      • Experimenting with different forms of contextual advertising to leverage friends' likes/interests
      • Great potential for businesses highly active in social media

      Bing
      • Bing expanding business relationships with Facebook and Twitter
      • CTR and conversion tends to be higher
      • Better targeting tools after merger with Yahoo Ads
      • Keyword bidding is less expensive than Google Adwords or Facebook

It differs with everyone. Some will say they earned good with Facebook ads while others will say it's a complete waste of time and money. It will really depend on many factors and to find out if it will work for you, you just have to find it out for yourself.

One thing that I didn't completely acknowledge, in spite of the fact that it was part of the story months prior, was the mix of Bing Web Search results. I sort a hunt that is not one of the evident Graph Search classes and the first result that came was from Bing. I know this was advertised when proclaimed, however it doesn't ringed me that important until I saw it for myself in my own setting.
Right away, there is much to matter upon this sort of search getting on within Facebook, yet if this is the real scenario than the first genuine risk to Google Adwords and search predominance. For the present it surely implies that advertisers need to reconsider their Bing pursuit and Bing Ads approach and how your stakes are faring on Bing.

If you do it right with Facebook, it will beat solo ads anyday.

Right now I am averaging about 50 cents a LEAD on Facebook with a 15% sales conversion.

Bing PPC is great because it was like Google Adwords back in the day when you can promote anything you want. I use Bing PPC and send the traffic to my capture pages directly. Great results so far.
