    7.43 contents per month.

    No wait, that's keyword density.

    There is no set number.

Simply add relevant content when it applies.

This is sort of a vague question. Do you mean how many posts/words/frequency of publishing? Also what sort of website (churn & burn? or authority?) and how competitive is the niche?

Freshness is a big deal in the SERPs right now. That being said you have to tip toe the fine line between quantity and quality. The smart move would be to create your content quickly and spend a greater deal of time promoting it. SEO is great but it's only one piece of the puzzle.

Yes exactly, kinda like authority but for a low comp keyword, also what would you recommend for a churn & burn with tons of blastings?

For keyword density 1% is fine so it won´t look stuffed lol

about 5 words per 500 words article

      Thanks

Just make sure you are providing value to your readers

Don't just post stuff just for the sake of posting

If you have nothing to write about, then just wait till you do

I try to write content daily on my one blog.

Now I'll get a lot of hateful remarks, and people will tell me I'm a moron, throw tomatoes, etc.

    But here's what I do.

I make WISE UTILIZATION of that content.

I disseminate it everywhere I can.

I email it to my list.

I share it with my social following.

I stretch my content like stretch armstrong; so even if Google hates me (and they do); I'll get someone, somewhere... To love me.

It's not the numbers game always, even if you update it twice a month with good and relevant articles with good value then you are doing a good job, keep building backlinks and see the results.

1 or 2 posts per day is usually good enough. But more can help. Do write quality content though as quality matters more than quantity.

I aim for 1 per week. But that's because in my niche that's fairly sufficient.
