Is there a tool that converts embedded hyper links to html code?

Searching for ages but can't find anything.

I want to convert Word documents to plain text format but then without losing the hyper link.

So instead of deleting the hyper link it should translate it to <a href=""></a> format.

Or perhaps a tool that automatically posts Doc files to Wordpress based sites?

    Ah finally a tool that does the job, thanks man!

    If anyone knows of a tool that does this in bulk where I can just load all of the doc files in one batch then don't be shy
