Category SEO Meta Tags Not Showing

I may just need to give this time but I recently installed this plugin -http://wordpress.org/plugins/category-seo-meta-tags/
I went to edit my categories so they display a category title in the search engines that is different to the category title on my site.
Then used Google's structured testing tool to see if any changes had taken effect, but the tool displays the title on my site and not the category meta title.
I thought that the structured testing tool worked in real time.
