I REALLY need your help (Question)

I just got a deal worked out where a fella will rank my website on the first page of Google for 30 keywords.

The keyword criteria is: 1k exact unique monthly us searches, $1 CPC and high buyer intent.

I can't disclose the niche, but a good, solid niche.

Let's just say I rank #5 for all of them for the sake of argument. An average commission for this niche on CB is $30.

How much traffic, roughly, should I expect?

Thanks

PS.: I know you can't really say for sure, but I've heard things like, Google page 1 is useless unless you rank in the top 3, etc, so I just wanted to see what you think.

    Let's assume the top 3 spots get 70% of that search traffic.

    Let's also assume that #4 gets10%, and you at #5 get 5%.

    5% of 1000 is 50.

    50x30= 1500 monthly visitors.

    Let's say you convert at 2%.

    That's $30.

    that wouldn't be bad at all. 30 sales at 30 bucks is 900. if I convert at 1%, it's 450. We'll see how it plays out. I've never done this

    The example assumes 100% targeted traffic 100% of the time, which isn't going to happen.
