I am building a new WordPress site and want to display my 336X280 ads in the blank square on upper left of my page here - I assume it's OK? Just wanting to be certain of this! Thank you.

  • There is no problem with putting adsense code in widgets. I think most everyone with WP does this.

    • appreciate your response SB. I was wondering if the Adsense "powers-that-be" considered widgets similar to i-frames. I recall putting code in -frames was not acceptable. Please answer my next question then: If one goes to that "browse cartoons" in the menu above, see how that same widget remains? Only a different page opens. Will I need to still create a new channel for each page then? Or just track the code via my main domain URL?
  • It depends on what you mean by widget. A true widget, I assume, is some code of programming. What you may be referring to is just some php code or something that adds html to the page. That's fine. The "widget," maybe not.
