A question about RSS Submission

Hello Everyone,

I run a multi category blog and I do RSS Submission for it every 2-3 days but I do RSS Submission of the whole site so I want to know whether I need to do RSS Submission of each particular category in the blog. Currently I am submitting this to the RSS Submission Sites

bloggersjoy.com/feed

Is this RSS Submission ok or do I need to submit RSS in of all category feeds such as given below.

bloggersjoy.com/Blog/construction/feed
bloggersjoy.com/Blog/online-money-making/feed

I need your advice so please tell if you know. Please share your experience and knowledge.

    your over thinking such a small aspect just use your main blog feed and move on to more important ways of improving your site ranking
