hi

i know that G doesn't allow sites for breast enhancent articles

and i know that G (on my site, anyway) doesn't allow sites for adsense for erectile dysfunction for articles on causes and treatments of erectile dysfunction

but,

has anyone had problems with G adsense and a lingerie store as part of a site ... would G penalize such a site with such a store as part of its contents?

"Not acceptable:
Pornographic images
Pornographic cartoons or anime (hentai)
Lewd or provocative images
Adult/sexual dating sites
Mail Order Brides / Escort sites
Sheer/See-Through
Crude or indecent language, including adult stories
Sexual tips or advice
Adult comment spam
Adult search results
Ads or links to external sites containing adult content
Sexual aids, devices, and enhancers such as: vibrators, dildos, lubes, sex games, inflatable toys, penis and breast enlargements, and sex instructional videos
Note: Sites that are selling sexual drugs such as Viagra will fall under the drug content policy, NOT adult content"

( i want to add an amazon affiliate lingerie store to my site, but don't want to be further penalized by G if they consider such "sheer/see-thru")

thank you !!!!!!!1

      Good grief.

It doesn't take much to get banned from Adsense for reasons like the OP question/thinking. Google clearly points out sites running Adense need to be family friendly. OP is trying justify a sex site for running Adsense.

Here's the thing with Adsense - If you're trying to sell products as an affiliate as a primary focus, you don't really want to be adding an ancillary income stream as you're circumventing potential sales in favor of selling advertising space (effectively). With this particular site I would avoid putting Adsense on it altogether.

What part of a sex tip site would be family friendly?

IMO you'll be banned If you put Adsense on that type of adult only site.

I had adsense on a nude blog for about 10 days before they caught me. didnt ban me though because I have adsense on another site that is non-adult and does quite well so they just disabled ads on the adult blog and send me a notice about it.

if you make them money legitimately they will give you a warning but if you just startup an adsense account for the sake of doing that I could imagine an instant ban.

Why do it at all then?

in those 10 days I made a LOT from dating ads/adult shops for sex toys.

yes, you can advertise certain adult products/services on adsense just as long as your ad is clean. no nudity or language. These ads actually pay out quite well to publishers its just tough to get them to appear on a site without that site having some kind of adult related content.

You can judge your site by the 4 year old daughter rule. Would your neighbor
approve of their 4 year old daughter looking at the site?

Lingerie would fall into those categories. If it is overtly sexual lingerie, or
just plain old 1950's lingerie? Big difference. Lingerie is not an automatic
sex thing. Anything could be sexual.

"Our policy regarding adult or mature content may include any material that is not appropriate for all audiences. While this obviously includes full nudity or sexual activity, it may also include textually explicit sexual content, image or video content containing lewd or provocative poses, strategically covered nudity, see-through or sheer clothing, and close-ups of anatomy that would be inappropriate if shown nude. Additionally, topics such as sexual health and sex tips may be held to a higher standard of professionalism than content that isn't bordering on mature."

You can certainly present lingerie in a way that does not even come close to
the above. If you have see-through g-strings, obviously that would not cut it.

But then, you'd get zero visitors sticking around...

sorry, no, they are not that strict hahaha....

I have strippers with g strings on a site with adsense. They are not nude and it is still-photos so I havent had a problem yet. I see ads for escort services and stripper services come up through adsense but they generally dont pay well.

nudity seems to be where they draw the line in my experience.

They are that strict. They want it to be friendly for ALL audiences. But then,
a fool and his adsense are soon parted.

I quoted google word for word above, and below:

"While it's not a sure test, we sometimes suggest that publishers ask themselves the following questions to determine if content is family-safe: Would I be comfortable viewing this content with my parents or children in the same room? Would I feel comfortable viewing this content if my boss walked up behind me while I had this content on my screen? If the answer to either of these questions is no, then it is likely that some advertisers would not be comfortable showing their ads on such content and we might consider it mature."

But go on with your bad self.

Why would I need personal experience? I don't get you people. I need to break
the rules of adsense to know what google allows?!?!?!? That's absolutely
            ridiculous!

You know what google says, then say to yourself, "Forget that. I'll
            do my own thing."

Well, go on with your bad self. I just cannot believe people complain all
the time about getting an adsense ban, and in the same forum, people
admit to not following the rules.

See I have personal experience that tells me that "sexually suggestive" just isnt a rule breaker for adsense these days and that nudity is still, of course, a "no-no"

Again its because google warned me directly about adsense on my nude site but hasn't done anything in months about my sites with racy, sexually suggestive content.

              So what?

Well, I would be losing out on the extra money I get from adsense on my adult-ish sites if I listened to you months ago if this topic came up.

              Personal experience, bro. Wins everytime.

ROTFLMAO! I quote google exactly. What other source is there? Quoting google

You people are such sheep. G bends its own rules often.

I won't argue with you though....

SEO'ers are limited enough when it comes to making money online because you are constantly looking for rules to follow.

Google AdSense ad serving has been disabled to your site
                  Hello,

This message is to alert you that one of your websites is not currently in compliance with our AdSense program policies and as a result, ad serving has been disabled to your website.

There's billions of niches/sub-niches in this world & people are trying to justify one area/subject that can get an Adsense account banned.

If you want to run Adsense & have to start a thread about a niche that might lead to an Adsense ban, move on, pick something that is a no-brainer.

    ...or, search for lingerie affiliate.

part of my site contains original articles for senior citizens

i put up an article on "causes and treatments of erectile dysfunction" written by a urologist at the hospital where i used to work before i had to retire due to disabilities

but G would not display any adsense ads on that page, even though "erectile dysfunction" is a $9.73 (or so) keyword

so i deleted the page completely from the site, and now G seems happier

Isn't it obvious you would get paid much more through other monetization streams? Why is everyone bent over Adsense? Think about this. You could do everything imaginable right. Trying so hard to please Mr Google and then poof everything you worked hard for, GONE! And Adsense is the worst. Even if I include it it would be the smallest part of monetizing my site. I much rather prefer Amazon as I am seeing real results and none of the stupid "rules" Google has. Why would you even want someone to click a $9 Google ad when you can get paid $50+ or $100? Something to think about right?

Amen! I lost my account some time back, no real reason and no recourse. Don't bother me. Cept for some of the money they kept.

Well, people use it because it's so easy. Throw up some code and done. They don't think about ALL the profits they lose because the ads have terrible click-thru, wasted space.

-- banned by adsense - check
-- no reason ban - check
        -- claims to don't bother - check
-- claims other programs are better or adsense is bad - check

        10/10 Points
