YouTube ads showing on embed videos

Hi

I'm literally pulling my hair out. I have my own YouTube video embedded on my Amazon book description and I cannot stop ads from showing. Most of the ads are advertising Google.

Has anyone any ideas how I can stop these ads?

Cant you just embed vimeo or something else?

  I have managed to publish a new video and rename it with my pen name - this has stopped the ads. I wondered if there was a way to not display other videos once my video finishes. Ideally I want to display a blank screen or the videos thumbnail.
