Outside of Blogger and YouTube, which they own, of course not. How would they know?

Yes MikeFriedman you are true. They would not. Google can't see the IP address of the user who created the web 2.0.

The only point of using a proxy to build your Web 2.0s is only when you are building multiple Web 2.0s on the same domain.

Other than that, proxies are overrated when you're just planning to build 1 backlink on each unique domain.

Unless your logged into a Google account while doing SEO, why does your IP even matter?

Keep your browser clean with something like CCleaner.

Make quality backlinks from private proxies those are best to get rid of your Ip listed on those sites and get blacklisted.

If you use many Private ips to build backlinks your backlinks will be safe as well and your ISP ip too

And Google can detect IP address under their network of sites like YT,Blogger,G+ etc

Not any other unless they don't use Google API to transfer data to them.

If you have to hide your IP from a webmaster the links are most likely spam/low quality links.

One reason people use proxies building web2's is to avoid multiple accounts on each from showing up from the same ip, raising flags and risking their pages being deleted.

I wouldn't worry about this, Google doesn't share IP address information with any of the 2.0 they don't know. Nor do I think they really use this. IP are really unreliable. They change often at times, there big pools of places like schools, and there public wifi.

    Just carry on.

Of course not. think about the privacy implications on that.

Google could know if they had analytics installed but thats not something they are gonna waaste time with.
