Hi Guys,

Has anyone experienced anything like the following and if so what was the cause.

I am working on a high authority site in a niche area and for some reason it is ranking very poorly for all its key search terms.

If I however search for these terms written backwards the site ranks 1st every time with the rest of the results on page 1 the same.

For example if my key search term was car insurance then the site ranks poorly but for a search of insurance car it ranks first.

This is really frustrating, can you get keyword specific penalties from google?
