How to Change Rich Snippets

Ever since I changed theme to one that has a built-in review system, all I'm seeing in Google are star ratings instead of my original picture besides my posts. Does anyone know how to change this so the picture shows?

Author Hreview is one of the plugins that can add those "stars" into your search engine snippets.
