Wondering after all the constant Google updating if that "Privacy" notice to an inner page with the appropriate info is still necessary on any site with Adsense affiliate advertising?

    AdSense publishers must have and abide by a privacy policy that discloses that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on your users' browsers, or using web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving on your website.

    The privacy policy was never required to be placed on the index page, add a site wide link pointing to the internal privacy policy page on your domain.

      Ideally it would be a sitewide link on the home page and other pages in a visible spot, not just buried in a footer or in some place not usually accessed by visitors.
