What has happened to Adsense?

For last couple of months, my monthly adsense has been going down steadily. Although, the number of page views and clicks have gone up, but revenue hasn't.

Below are yesterday's statistics

Number of clicks: 81

Earnings: $ 17.10

CPC: 0.21

Almost a year back at this time, I used to earn about $80-90 a day with CPC as high as 1.2 -1.5. Now, with such low CPC, who will use Adsense to earn revenue. With no affiliate income, I'm just left in the dark as I've no idea what to do to improve the CPC.

Was there any backward changes in your website traffic?

Also, check the keywords cpc you are ranking for.
Are they lower than $1 for global traffic of 4k?
Keywords with 10k monthly visitors can still do well with CPC lower than $1 anyway.

You just have to do your calculation well.

I also think that it is traffic issue or may be it is invalid clicks. I will suggest you to scan your website analytics data and try to found any unusual activity. If you found something like then please share it with Google, So they may look in to it.

Nothing stays the same. Google does not pay the way they used to so find better ways of making money.
