Cannot Delete Users from GA Account

Hi

Does anyone know how to delete users/viewers from google analytics? I have one account with 7 old users and cannot get them off. I cannot find a delete function and it looks like they changed the "users" to "viewers" and I still cannot get them off the account.

    1.Click Admin at the top of any Analytics page.
    2.Use the menu at the top of the Account column to select the account you want.
    3.Click User Management in that column.
    4.Use the search box at the top of the list to find the user you want. Enter a full or partial address( e.g., example@gmail.com or example).
    5.Click delete for the user you want to delete.
