I'm going to build a directory of wellness companies in Denmark and get it far up on Google rankings.

I came up with a cool domain that ends with ".us" and where "mywebsite.us" is like one word. Like another example -> "del.icio.us".

So if I choose ".us" instead of ".dk" which is my country's standard domain, would it be more difficult for me to rank it high up on Google?

Or should I just choose "mywebsite.dk"?
