In my experience, the links usually show up a few days after adding the site. However, I've never actually timed it as I use Majestic for most of my incoming link tracking. I'd guess the links will start showing up any day now though, I don't think it's anything to worry about.

check the crawling rate of your website GWT. Sometimes it takes 15+ days to show data and directly depends how fast spiders are picking data from website.

It can take up to two weeks, I have seen sites show backlinks sooner than that but a site did take two weeks before it started showing anything of value.
