White Hat Link Building Services?

If I have $2,000-$3,000 to spend a month on content creation and outsourcing link building, what are some reputable companies to do so?

I'm talking about current-day, 2013-2014 companies.

No you do NOT and your whole post is a perfect example of what you will get from most providers here CLAIMING to be offering white hat service - just a load of grey hat spam

Web 2.0 submissions are not white hat
blog comments are not white hat (are you serious?)
Squidoo lenses are not white hat
Article directories are not white hat

White hat does NOT mean manually submitted link spam

Eventhough I agree with DBMEDIALLC that there is no real definitions for whitehat/gray/blackhat and you can't draw any lines... BUT

Those that Mike listed out are nowhere NEAR whitehat, no doubt about it.

I agree completely with you about the over priced services from the large firms.

No idea what type of links you build so can't agree with that but it seems you have some clue but maybe I should click your sig link to check it out before I say anything

It doesn't matter what you provide (unique content, solid links or not), as long as you have a service below $700/month you automatically get treated as a spammer who launches up SEnukeX, no difference LOL.

Your service doesn't look that bad assuming the 10 unique blog posts on quality blogs have a good PR break down, the only thing that I definitely do not like about your service is the repetition of those public links each month. You bet it's going to look very spammy when you reach month 3 or 4 as there are simply not that many decent press release or bookmark or whatever public sites to post to and keep on posting to the same ones over and over, just doesn't look smart to me.

Mike, the term white hat doesn't have a concrete line of what's acceptable and what's not. To say that a web 2.0 is not white hat, is an opinion - in my opinion It's building a blog that provides good content to viewers, and links out to your site. Same goes for the other things you mentioned there. Writing a good quality article and submitting it to an article directory or two in hopes that the article will be picked up and syndicated to other sources is white hat in my opinion, but that may apparently be different for you. Anyhow, not sure why I got attacked here. I provide quality links with unique content, which is far different than the spun garbage that's being pushed by a lot of other sellers. I suggested that the OP look into guest posting if he wanted complete white hat as well.

EDIT: Just realized your signature is promoting creating private blog networks... That is rather ironic. Private networks are entirely black hat.

Dishonest argument. You obviously think people have a meaning they attach to the term because you advertise the service as white hat. Plus its a totally bogus logical contortion - white hat in SEO is relative to what the search engines consider White hat and that is NOT subject to your opinion but theirs. Finally did you think the Op had in mind your opinion of white hat or his?

Placing links yourself that link back to your site or your clients site is not white hat. Your only claim to fame is that you do it manually and slower than everybody else does with tools.

Anyhow, not sure why I got attacked here
You got called out for misrepresenting the nature of your service as white hat when it is not. You can try and spin your way out of it but blog comments are not what people call white hat.

EDIT: Just realized your signature is promoting creating private blog networks... That is rather ironic. Private networks are entirely black hat.
No learn what the word ironic means. If I said private networks were white hat then that would be ironic and as misleading as you were. I never do anywhere on my sales page or in my links. Want real ironic? You very will could end up placing a comment on my private blog network (I get hundreds of requests per week) and then call that white hat although the site itself is black hat. Your poor argument is that you can put your content on somone else's site with a link back to your site and its white hat but if the blog owner does the same its black.

      Silly silly silly argument.

Nik0 $1000 is not off the bat an unreasonable price. The guy says he's working full time on the clients so I would expect for $1000 he's providing a lot of value, probably beyond just ranking for a keyword or link building on it's own. Think: onsite, content marketing, brand creation and maybe some social.

Honestly, I don't know the guy or what he's doing.

And during that thread most of my comments were more based on that thread at the other forum that Mike pasted there.

Which was totally flawed in every single way and heavily over priced.

That's just not true. Article directories are not black hat. It's entirely about how you use them. Sure, submitting to 2,000 article directories for backlinks is definitely not white hat. But if you're writing a high quality article and only submitting it to the top directories, in hopes that it will get picked up and land on some niche related sites, how is this black hat by any means? Anyhow, not trying to start another whitehat/blackhat debate that's already been debated a million times.

I know SEO quite well. I just need help outsourcing high quality backlinks.

No comment spam, a thousand article directories and web 2.0 sites with spun versions of articles, or any crap like that. I can and will provide high quality content when needed, but I want someone to help take over the backlinking portion.

Also, I want the link profile to be natural, not 1,000 links shot at my site in a day, and I prefer a report every week or two.

At this point, it's of best use of my time to quarter-back the operation, come up with the ideas, formulate a plan, and delegate the individual tasks to other people.

    Any recommended companies?

It seems like you understand SEO and backlinking. Like you said, you're probably best of quarterbacking it yourself.

If I were you, I would look for someone you know to work for you. They don't even need to know SEO. You can take a day to write up step-by-step guides, and that way you'll be getting exactly what you want.

A demographic you might consider is the college student. If you can find a freshman, you should have a solid employee for 4 years. Pay them per piece done, not per hour. (e.g. $5 per guest post that is posted and $10 per article written, so $15 per guest post. This is just one example). You will be able to get a lot more than a large SEO company will offer, and you will have complete control over the methods used.

Just send a weekly order, and ask for a weekly update. That way, if the person starts slacking off, you will just lose 1 week.

        This is really good advice.

Considering you want quality, white hat SEO, you can either a) train someone or b) hire someone.

True white hat SEO (content + outreach based link building) is expensive. It takes a lot of time/resources/skill to make it happen. So you'd actually be pretty lucky to find someone for $3k/month.

On the other hand, training someone that works for $10 can give you a MUCH better long-term ROI.

So if you really do know your stuff, write it up as action worksheets you can give to staffers and let them do the hard work. If not, I'd look for a reputable SEO agency to do quality work for you as a higher cost.

OP, If you want long term links that are legit & also deliver same niche traffic you need someone that's focused on reaching out to other webmasters in the same niche. These types of links will stick for years long after all these guys selling backlinks on public link networks or new web 2.0 that have no traffic/authority (two examples have already commented).

Here's a thread of the type of person I would recommend you look for to make contact with other webmasters. Read the thread & see what that OP is doing to reach her goals. Find someone like that to do the same for your own site/s.

          Each to it's own.

Good for you, it's just such a shame that the majority of the mob doesn't preach what they are saying.

I know only one member at this forum who does what he say and that is Backlinko and he proved it.

All the rest comes up with lame excuses that they wouldn't want to out their real websites out of fear that people see how crappy their actual blog networks really look.

And still talking about whitehat SEO 24/7, if it was all whitehat then no one would be feared to expose their websites right?

Even a blind would see what's happening here, Google update after Google update, more and more people got affected by it, so what we do? Talk everyone down that works with private networks or less and preach that everyone should go for whitehat.

Just to get money out of the pockets of the noobs who think that's the only way to go, and when they are dissappointed at the end of the line they get some excuses that there is no control over who picks up the great content, sounds familiar Mike?

He targets IMers, why wouldn't he out his own sites?

Anyone not targeting IMers would be a fool to post their money sites or even link sources on an IM forum, let alone an SEO sub-forum on an IM forum.

Kevin sometimes I think you are too naughty for this board. Please don't stop posting

@ Niko some things are not share-able. Why would I give away what I built? Why would anyone? You would be inviting lazy copy cats to profit off of your sweat and blood. Seriously though, you don't think you could be scaling up, diversifying and making more money?

It's impossible to copycat true whitehat SEO, you should know that.

I am scaling up and diversifying in my own way, lately I've reorganized my service and expanded my network completely to cover a broad range of niches.

I have 25+ Amazon sites on the shelf right now that I still need to build links to.

Lately I took over a bar here in Pattaya, how diverse is that?

Ummm why all the hating on FakeitTilYouMakeIt? Thought she had a clever nickname referring to how small businesses should do like big brands until they become big brands. #haternation

She gave some guy online the finger and he turned her in and sold her up the river.

That is why most people fail online, they don't want to learn anything, they think everything will be fast and easy....

Think I am going to try skip the bitchfest of comments and answer his question.

With that money, I would hire two people. Someone who knows how real white-hat seo works (Building relationships with other webmasters to gain real links from real businesses), and a top notch writer who understands the niche and can build both compelling content that can gain natural organic links, and content that can be used in a guest blogging like way.

Get two people like that working together and you have yourself a mini super team.
