does google give credit for shortened links?

I've hooked up my RSS from a couple blogs to Facebook Fanpages. It's easy to do, using Hootsuite. That's great. It's populating the fanpages, which I don't otherwise want to spend time doing.

Hootsuite shortens the links back to my site at the end of each post. I'm wondering, since they are shortened links, do the search engines know where they originate from? In other words, I hope I am getting link juice by having multiple posts on Facebook, but I am not sure, because of the shortened links. Does anyone know about this?

I know bitly does a 301 redirect, but I wouldn't ever trust a 3rd party URL like that for SEO.

So far I know, Google has its own short URL service, i.e. Goo.gl
