Seems like you are getting good consistent traffic. Maybe you can introduce premium listings. People pay to get listing that are more visible like sticky's at the top of the thread for 24 hours.

Thinks of ways that can offer a premium service within the site for which you can charge. Might be a way of getting consistent income.

Is your website english? If your website is using english, consider InfoLinks... or you can use local affiliate programs which based on your country - India.

What country do you live In?

Adsense approval takes different amounts of time, depending on country.

There are things called mistakes my friend

Anyways, from what some of my Indian buddies have said, It usually took them anywhere from 8-10 weeks to get approved. I'm not sure If Google still waits longer before approving different countries.

Thanks for the info ... but recently i have applied for adsense ... and got this reply " Your application has been reviewed. Now you need to create your first ad unit and implement the ad code on your site for the full activation of your account. Only blank ads will appear at first until the final approval goes through. Once your site is fully activated, you'll receive a confirmation email and begin to see live ads "

I can see blank ad on my site but i dont know how many days it will take to get approval ... my site is 4 months 20 days old ...

It can take as little as 4 hours or as long as a couple of weeks - I've had clients get past this second stage approval in hours, but seen others take 2 weeks to stop showing blank spaces.
My main concern for you is that any Indian site has to be six months old or it's automatic rejection - so I'm assuming that if your site's 4 months 20 days old that it's been registered before this if you've got this far (Normally they would have stopped you at the first hurdle). If not then they are likely to do a u-turn. You maybe lucky though.
Hope that helps in a small way

Im pretty sure google adsense reqires peoples from india to have a site up and running for 6 months before they can apply to adsense. Not sure.

I would charge agencies a price to sticky there offers at the top for more traffic.

This sounds like an interesting niche. My wife is a HR specialist and might be interesting in pursuing the "job search" niche.
