Adwords and Payoneer Card

Do Adwords allow advertisers to use Payoneer debit card for billing? If so, since Payoneer billing is located in US(US Federal back), and they ship the card internationally, will that have any problem with Adwords(contradicting billing address). Anyone have success with it?

    The billing address for a card can be totally different than an address for a website account, regardless of whether it is a Payoneer or CitiBank credit card. The two have nothing to do with each other.

    As for whether they allow you to pay with that card or not, try it and see what happens. Just make sure the billing address for the card is correct in your payment methods section.

    I wish someone having experience with it responds bc Adwords sent me a coupon/bonus code to get started. I used to promote with adwords in the past with another acct. When there was no Payoneer.
