Ranking loss

Hey,

i have been using 2 guys on here to SEO my site and keep it on page one for the last couple of years.

i used to be page 1 and had been since the beginning, and now i don't show at all since the beginning of this month,

I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction,

    I'm not sure who you have been using for SEO, but there are a lot of bad links pointing at your site.

    I see a lot of crappy blog network sites with topics ranging from locksmiths, to buying Instagram likes, to financing.

    If your ranking dropped at the beginning of the month, it is likely you got caught in the latest Penguin update, and your links are your problem.

    I've just launched a new for website development, social media marketing, and SEO. I'm having a hard time ranking it using Social media posts alone(an experiment of mine). Are relevant forum posts still the best/fastest way to rank your site? It seems like most of the blackhat methods don't work. Silostructures(based on keyword) won't do it alone for on-page SEO. Are you guys finding any particular methods working better than others these days?

      You still need quality links, that never changes even for silos.

      Silos are site structure, they have to have something to get the ball rolling (quality external links). You can't squeeze something from nothing (no real links).

      Social - most of that stuff isn't indexed or a real backlink (javascript, etc..). Even If social was indexed or a regular backlink it's so weak it might as well be a forum profile link (useless).

    For the blog networks you can start by contacting the webmasters to have it removed..

    And henceforth, desist from using blog network on your money site as it has way too many outbound links which is a dead giveaway.

    Hey man Check into what those guys are doing because in all the SEO you should be doing from now it should be focused on high quality links, high quality articles, etc. I am going to do a little self promo here but check out my thread on the warriors for hire as my service does exactly that. Check it here

    Additionally don't buy into the services that are giving you say xxxx links for $2 if its too much for too cheap you know it is some automated service blasting you links that will get you penalized.
