Caching problem in my site please help me?

Hello everyone!!
i have a news site, i update 4 and 5 articles on that site daily but my all articles are being cached by Google after two days. This is my client website please help me , should i do bookmarking for each article or something else please my site name is financialbuzz dot com. please help as much as possible

      My articles are not crowled by Google .every article is crawled after two days, its too late for my website. I post articles 4 to 5 everyday, but those articles crawled by Google after two days. please help me now
