Link Juice: How can I find the best sources?

Hi there,

I am just starting to really look at SEO for my site and have heard whispers about "link juice".

What is this? Is it a good thing? Where are the best sources?

Can anybody help me?

"Link juice" in the industry slang for what you get from links to your site (unless they are 'nofollow' links). Getting links is essential to SEO. However, old cheap link-building techniques no longer work, and can only get you in trouble on Google. Google's recommendation is for you to make a great site, which will attract natural links from users who become your enthusiasts.

But for most of us, we are looking for pages or sites with higher PR values. Which offer the 'link juice' the op is referring to.

But how to find these high PR sites or pages is another story. I got a list from someone a short time ago, and every link I went to had nowhere for me to drop any links. So after going through about 9-10 of them, I just dropped the list as a wasted cause.

There are many ways to get link juice for your site but you need to be picky with the methods you decide to go for to avoid deranking your site due to bad links..

Basically, the best form of link juice comes from:

    High PR sites
    Original content
    Do follow links
    Relevance
