LSI Keywords in Title and Body ?

Hey everyone , recently i am reading about LSI keywords and i noticed that many of my competitors use it in title as well as body of the article.

If my main kw is "dog training" (i know, i know ) do you think that this title is better

Dog Training - Best way to train your puppy (here i think that train is LSI of training and puppy is LSI of Dog)

Then:

Dog Training - Best Dog Training Guides (no LSI , exact keyword is repeated)

And of course the body of the text would not include exact keyword more then 1-2 times in 500-700 words but instead it would focus on LSI keywords like "trained dog" , "training dogs" ,"the dog whisperer" which is also related to this.

I saw some competitors use this , and some don't even have exact keyword in the body of the text.

What do you think about it ?

    In my own testings, I'm finding that LSI is working much better for both rankings and user experience (higher click through rate). I don't use exact keyword in my body of text either.

    Exact match in title and URL seems to be enough to do the trick.

    LSI keywords are working very well as of late. When they are inserted naturally, they can really help boost rankings and bring in some extra search engine traffic as well. Don't forget, LSI pertains to all of the surrounding content. For dog training, you might add:

    puppy training, house training, potty training, leash, techniques, crate, etc...

    Yes, you can include the main keyword and LSI in the title if possible. Try to include keywords only where it appears natural. You should not get penalized for keyword stuffing. "Natural" is the way to do SEO now.
