Google PPC campaign industry standard?

Hello guys, I'm going to manage Google PPC campaign (Search and Display) for sanitary fittings company. But I have no idea what's the ideal industry standard for PPC campaign, so how would I know that my campaign is doing well as per industry level.

Please help me out.

    I don't think your first worry should be if you perform at industry standard when you are new to PPC.

    Is your campaign converting? Is it profitable for the company? If this is the case then great - all you have to do now is tweak it further.

    Tweak it by adding negative keywords that don't drive conversions, remove non-performing keywords and always split-test new ads to get a higher CTR.

    Maybe you need to lower a bid to make a keyword profitable or perhaps it would be beneficial to increase the bid because the keyword is very profitable and you want more traffic.

    Also consider the landing page(s): is something unclear, can you make it easier for the customer to buy the product etc.
