Google Adsense Application Approval

I got my adsense account like 4 years ago.. I would insist you not to break too much of ur head on this.. Just make sure the following is followed:

* Website is atleast 6 months old.
* Quality & Informative content
* Contact Us & Privacy Policy Page added.
* Submit your site to Google Webmasters tool & add it to Google Analytic.
* Atleast 3 articles are added every week.

The above is more than enough at the best of my knowledge. Best of Luck.

Having a website that is 6 months old is a requirement for many outside the US.
Privacy policy is now built-in.

The rest is just "fluff" that is not needed for adsense, and really makes
no sense in this context.

I've heard somethings like having a site that is:
*Functional
*Has Unique Reasonably Written Content
*Atleast around 20-40 articles posted
*Sitemap Submitted or Something Like that
*Contact Us, Privacy Policy, etc page included

and some other things. I've also heard some stuff like that the site doesn't have to be 6 months old if you live in the united states and that it doesn't have to have a lot of traffic either. Does anyone else think they might know much how all this is in 2013 too?

Welcome to WF!

In my opinion, I'd say, make sure your website is getting significant traffic before applying for Adsense. Not only because it may increase your chances of being approved, but because you will start earning ad dollars that makes sense - right away.

No traffic, No ad dollars. (BTW, you never want to click on your own ads. It's the easiest way to get banned for good).

I've heard some stuff like that too before. Did you mean something like trying to incorporate youtube video content in my website to try to make it look more content filled or to try to apply to adsense through signing up as a youtube partner or something like that?

Just apply for the account, all they can say is yes or no. If you have a legit site & privacy policy, go for it.

I've heard a lot of interesting things about Google Adsense and I feel like it could be one of the best options for me at the moment, it's a long story. Might you know of a program like Google Adsense that you think could be better for me?

I've had a website approved by Google Adsense a few months ago when it was only 2 weeks old! However, I've been an Adsense publisher since 2010 so it may be harder for you trying to get your site approved for the account itself (I was invited to Adsense because I had a popular YouTube video way back when so I don't know how hard it is to be approved through an application).

For what it's worth, my site had a disclaimer, a contact page, and a privacy policy. They don't have to be detailed at all; they just have to be concise.

If your website conforms with Google's quality guidelines, you're in great shape. Just try it.

If they say no, take time in making your site cooler and then reapply... No big deal.

I appreciate it, I'm gonna try to put the code back on my site and try to get approved soon. I believe I should be able to get approved.. From what I heard, I could already be approved through Youtube, it's a long story.

It has become too hard these days to get the Adsense account in Pakistan, India and China due to policy violation. But if you have done some hard work, you can get the adsense approved account in short span of time.

Put it on your oldest, most "reputable" website (something like a personal blog or a real resource that isn't "SEO'd") to get the account opened.

Once it's open, you can put the code on any other sites you own.

Google use two steps verification process to complete your Ad Sense application review. First step they verify your email address, site address, residential address etc.
1. Adsense ad code not implemented in your blog (They not create and paste ad codes inside their blog)
2. You wrongly paste Adsense codes inside iFrame
3. Google Adsense crawler can not access website pages ( some times your robot.txt file contain command to unindex or block pages)
4. Crawler report is updated weekly

I appreciate the response, I mean't something more like around the amount of pages needed and stuff like that.. I've been thinking about trying to finalize my account with Strontium.TV but I've also thought about trying to get my account approved with other domain names. Could you or someone else share some of their thoughts on Strontium.TV in it's current state or some of that other stuff?
