    I did this way, that check my competitor's backlink and try to build one manually.

    The only way to efficiently build backlinks manually is to use tools like MajesticSEO.com and Open Site Explorer, look at the powerful links you're competitors are getting, then contact them and network with them to try to get links. Manual blog comments or anything else are not cost effective, takes WAY too much time.
