Software to find high PR do follow links?

A big thing I have been stressing for myself this year in business is to save time and be more productive with each minute in the day.

In the past I always looked for places to build links manually and with my own link networks. Currently I am looking for software that will help automate finding places to get links from. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Interesting thread, will keep an eye on it.

It's not quite automated but download PaRaMeter from cleverstat.com. If you have a high PR blog page, enter the domain into PaRaMeter and it will extract all urls from that domain. You can then run a PR check and order the urls by PR showing you the highest. So if it's a blog, you know where the high PR pages are to comment on.
